1:1 or Small Group Work

Would you prefer to work individually, with a friend or partner or with a group of friends? 

Would you like to tailor make your own schedule and choose the interventions that suit you best?

Do you feel a little apprehensive about coming into a regular class, or generally just prefer the more personal approach?

You could be an existing student who would like more one to one attention. You may have a hectic job with very little free time on your hands or you may want to share an experience with a family member or group of friends. 

​

In our first session we will discuss your requirements and expectations and then schedule your training plan or event. 

​

I work with a small number of 1:1 clients and schedule in a variety of bespoke workshops during the year for small group interventions. 

​

A hike and a chat to a waterfall or tarn with a cold immersion and picnic

A full day retreat / the works! Yoga session, meditation, breath work, nature hike, cold immersion and lots of chat
