Research on the MBLC

​

The potential benefits of mindfulness meditation are now well researched and documented as I'm sure you are aware.  The focus here will be on providing you with some information on the research I have carried out so far on the Mindfulness Based Living Course. I hope this may be helpful in exploring the potential benefits of using this particular intervention in a work based setting and to provide easy access to this information to MBLC Facilitators and for students on the Studies in Mindfulness MSc at the University of Aberdeen.
