The cornerstones of my own health and well-being practice are Movement (yoga, mobility and martial arts), Meditation (mindfulness, compassion and insight training) and the Wim Hof Method (breath work, cold immersion and mind set). I have spent many years learning from the best teachers in each field. Let me share my knowledge with you.

All of the services I offer are integral parts of my own personal health and well-being routine. The interventions I share with you come from many years of personal practice and development. I am not interested in fads or trends, I am interested in what works and what will allow me to expand my awareness, grow and develop. We only have one life, so why not make it awesome and experience what life has to offer. Join me on the journey and I will do my best to help you develop the tools you need to live a fully engaged life; to crush your self-limiting beliefs and exceed your own expectations.
